By joining The Literacy Haven Limited (TLHLtd.) and using the tutors’ dashboard, you agree to the following terms:

Professional Conduct
Tutors are expected to uphold professionalism at all times. Lessons must be delivered respectfully, punctual, with appropriate dressing, language, and behaviour suitable for working with children and young people online.

Use of Tutor Dashboard
Tutors are required to actively use their dashboard to:
- View assigned students
- Update lesson reports and learner proficiency
- Manage availability and personal calendars
- View teaching schedules
- Keep tutor profiles accurate and up to date
Failure to update reports or schedules will disrupt schedule and payment flow. This may affect continued engagement.

Lesson Delivery & Reporting
- Tutors must deliver lessons as scheduled, using appropriate Edtech tools and resources for every lesson.
- Tutors are encouraged to login lesson reports on the website after each session. This is to aid in gathering necessary data and information for monthly reports.
- Monthly reports should accurately reflect sessions covered with dates, topics taught, learner participation, assessments or sessions' tests taken, progress, recommendations and next steps.

Attendance & Availability
Tutors must:
- Honour scheduled lessons
- Notify TLHLtd. promptly in cases of absence or emergencies
- Update their calendar to reflect availability
Repeated absence without notice may result in reassignment or disengagement.

Communication & Boundaries
- Tutors must communicate with parents and learners only through TLHtd.-approved channels.
- Discussion of pricing, payments, or private session arrangements with TLHLtd. clients is strictly prohibited and will lead to disengagement. All conversations in this regard should be forwarded to the administrative department of TLHLtd.

Use of Media & Recordings
- Obtain approval before recording live lessons or using teaching clips for advert purposes.
- Ensure learners' faces are blurred and names are not mentioned in any approved media use.
- Use recordings strictly for quality assurance, training, or authorised promotional purposes.
- Submit at least one approved live recording of a session or a demo lesson for advertisement promotions.

Accountability & Compliance
Tutors must:
- Follow TLHLtd. policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Accept feedback constructively and participate in required Continuous Professional Development programs.
- Understand that breaches of the Terms and Conditions may lead to disciplinary action, suspension, or disengagement.
By accepting an offer with The Literacy Haven Limited, tutors confirm their commitment to these Terms and Conditions and agree to uphold its principles at all times.
